“The room was ok but here were. Couple of issues 1) lights in room on PIR and comes on when walk around could wake people up & 2) finish in bathroom water marks on paint and finish around windows. It would appear people don’t open the window when they have a shower and it damages the paintwork. Easy fix would be a sign stating open the window. 3) shower is small for me ( I am 6ft 2 plus) but if you are below 6ft you should be fine. Comfy bed and overall very please and helpful , friendly staff.……

“A nice room and everything was new and in good condition. Very good shower. Unfortunately, I was given the room on the lower level and somebody checked in at 1 AM in the morning in the room above me and started making a lot of noise walking around and banging things. I had to go to reception to let them know. It’s not the hotel‘s fault, but guests should be reminded of keeping the noise down at those hours.”

“Absolutely amazing. We booked last minute, less than 24h before checking in. Was panicked as after booking, it says needs contact them 72h before arrival. We contacted the phone number and email, they replied straight away and got our access code and everything without any problem. The apartment was amazing, two very clean rooms and good living space. Great location. Very happy with the stay, think we got lucky finding this place last minute. Would definitely book again if it’s ever available……

“I had to reach out twice to get the lock box code sent over to me. First impression of hallway not so great and lots of flights of stairs, but once in the property it was very spacious, clean and exactly what we needed. Sirens and things going by during the night are loud but it is London.. Would stay again as location is great for what we needed. ”

“I booked this flat to be able to cook. No instructions was given to plug the oven. I asked the office to replace the pans which was out of order and they never replaced them. I never cooked. The tap in the bathroom wasn't fixed. The carpet is durty and so on. We don't have the same definition of a penthouse. I asked for a refund because of all these troubles and never got it. The check-in process is a nightmare. Bref, never ever”
