“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“Always the most fun but still “fancy” hotel for a weekend getaway. The slide and lazy river could have been cleaned up a bit but overall the pools and DJ are always great. This was the first time we were disappointed in the food. Chicken fingers poolside were really low quality for the price and breakfast food was really not good for prices. We’ll be back but we’ll pack more food next time.”
