“Great neighborhood. QUIET. Good for short stay. Markets etc not too far away. Beds comfy.”

“My wife and I were looking for a property that would allow us to explore Surprise and the surrounding areas, and we couldn't have done any better than this one. It was close to the freeway (303 loop), but without exposing us to traffic noise. And we could explore interesting residential neighborhoods, and even walk to a handy shopping area about a mile away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone -- even families with small kids.”

“This property fit all our needs. The 2 King suites sealed the deal. Not many properties offer this. The property was very clean and very comfortable. Our host Connor was very accommodating. We wish the weather was more cooperative so we could use the pool and hot tub, maybe next time. Definitely on the list for a return visit. ”

“In town for a wedding. Veronica’s place was convenient in terms of nearness to venue. We did have a little trouble finding the exact place. But, part of that was my fault for not reading Veronica’s description carefully enough. Comfy bed. Great shower. What else could a person need?!”
