“Amazing place. 125yr old Victorian home. Beautiful done. So Charming. Gwen was amazingly friendly. Breakfast was fabulous. The sitting room with fireplace, over looks the mountain view, over the city and lake. Wow!! Amazing sunsets and rise. I Can't stop looking out the window!! I will be coming back here for sure! Thank you for a great sleep (bed was so comfortable and great pillows) and a deep tub, great for soaking in!!! Such a quite relaxing time. Highly recommend 😄👍”

“Staff were amazing - very attentive, professional, and respond quickly. The service is great. The food is very good. The problem is that Hamilton downtown is ghetto so this hotel is in the middle of it. The other problem I encountered was that upon arrival there was no parking - lot was full- challenging to check in. ”
