“A beautiful and elegant old home in the Pennsylvania countryside with lovely views of the mountains and wonderful gardens, convenient to tiwn and the college but awaty from the hubbub.. Our room was not large but very adequate, cozy and comfortable bed. Would have liked some glasses and tissues in bathroom. Nice coffee and snack bar out in the hallway.Wish we had had more time and better weather to enjoy the lovely outdoor patio area and pool -and to view all the interior decor and furnishings.……

“We frequently stay at B&Bs and this property outshone all the others. The bathrooms were all modern and very clean, comfy bed, great lighting in the rooms. The breakfast might have been the best part, however, and every day was delicious, filling, and pretty presentation. “We absolutely loved our stay at the Thornwald Mansion. It is nicely secluded in a park yet you are within walking distance to Dickinson College and a shopping center.
