“There was a 11pm curfew for children… which is much too late. Now if the children were quiet maybe… but they were very loud. A/c worked great. After being outside in 90 degree heat all day it worked well cooling us down. Recommend bringing your own towels. It was affordable, and decent for the price I paid. I just wish they would keep the noose out of the hallway much sooner than 11pm. ”

“The house was welcoming when we arrived and very clean. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and concerns during our stay which we really appreciated! We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit which provided much needed relaxation!The only complaint we had (which is very small) - it would have been nice if the back deck and patio table had been swept/cleaned before we arrived. Great weekend. ”

“The property is charming and perfectly located. It gives you the sense of being part of the historic community. Quick walk to downtown. We would stay there again. Just a few items to be aware of: it is a duplex and the entire house is on the upper level, as you enter you must climb very steep stairs, there isn’t a dishwasher (wasn’t a problem for us - we ate out), the bathroom is teeny tiny, one of the bedrooms is at the front of the house and the bathroom is way in the rear of the house, the……

“This place was just what my wife and I needed for a night away. The place was clean and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice with unique and well kept homes all around. Downtown was a short walk away and there is plenty so see and do. Our stay was short but we had a very enjoyable time.”

“My daughter and I drove in from Arkansas and stayed here in order to spend time with my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The little guesthouse was perfect for us! We hosted breakfast and dinner for the 5 of us here. My grandson loved the coloring books and games. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. We would definitely stay here again. :) ”
