“The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Navigating around the building was complicated (signs would be nice), and the elevator and halls weren’t always the most tidy. Location was perfect. Easy access to coffee shop, within walking distance to College Park Center. Would stay here again. ”

“This property has a lot of amenities from the gym, outdoor patio spaces, pool area, refillable water dispensers, little nooks and crannies to sit, work or read quietly. Bonus being access to the Katy Trail directly across the street. However, one downside is that the hallway on the hotel floor (24) smelled greatly of cooked foods, although the rooms were fine. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We somehow booked 2 queens instead of a king and we called down to see if switching rooms was possible. Not only were they happy to make the change, they told us to stay there and they would bring us the new key to save us the trouble of going down stairs in the Texas heat. The rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. ”

“My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt,pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Shawna was GREAT and her customer service was incredible.. the unit was clean and nicely staged for comfort.. I wish the towel policy was different but I would definitely stay again even without the towels. ”

“Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. Lucky there was a stovetop and we could heat some water in our pot we……

“All clean, all in order, close to the office and restaurants, quiet, comfortable. Halls are not as clean as the apartment, you can improve that for sure.”

“This place is really neat, it was totally safe and really well kept common areas. Easy access to resturants and family fun! The pool is top notch for relaxing, i have smaller kids that enjoyed it, but it felt more for the adults to relax than loud rambunctious boys, but they really loved it. The unit is big and spacious, was slighlty hard to find our way around at first, but figured it out quickly. The courtyard is beautiful and the 4th floor lounge is really neat.
