“Foi uma estadia muito agradável”

“Como habitual, escolhemos este hotel pela quarta vez, uma vez que oferece instalações acolhedoras e uma vista privilegiada sobre as encostas do Douro, o que torna a estadia sempre um momento de paz e descanso, em que nos sentimos verdadeiramente em casa. No entanto, lamentamos informar que, nesta última visita, fomos surpreendidos de forma bastante negativa pelo atendimento recebido à chegada, por parte de uma identificada como Melanie. A colaboradora em questão demonstrou falta de competências……

“Three of us stayed Tabuaco for the vineyard visit. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained; the only main issue is that there's no elevator, so we had to draw our luggage for a couple stairs to reach the lobby and then three floors to the room. I was hoping that the room would be a bit bigger as it's a triple room. It's was in a quiet and clean neighborhood and we accidentally found a bar close by, quelha funda bar, which we love so much. The atmosphere was great and the draft beer……
