“We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the cabin was comfortable, however the carpet in the bedrooms is pretty dated and stained. And the floor in the kitchen was sticky. All in all we enjoyed our stay and realize the difficulty of maintenance with multiple guest, so a different floor type could be considered besides carpet. ”

“If you think of what a mountain cabin should look like, this cabin is it. The beautiful fall decorations and stocked so well, whatever you may have forgotten, the cabin has it. Great location for access to the Smoky Mountain Railroad, and all of western North Carolina. The views from both decks are phenomenal. The driveway is a little challenging (backing up) and a map showing an easy way out of the community (without having to do 6 point turns) would be super helpful! A perfect spot to enjoy……

“Was very clean ppl were very kind. We had an issue with the heat in the room and they immediately moved us to another room and helped settle us in there. They are doing some enhancements to the place that will make it a standout from other places in the area. Jade”

“We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”
