“The check-in staff were so sweet and friendly!! The room was very nice! I WANT that bed!! So comfy and conked right out to sleep without my usual hip pain. There was a really nice hanging out area off the lobby we enjoyed. Very nice that our room had a microwave and frig in the room. “Such a nice hotel, very quaint and charming. Loved the lobby/coffee shop vibe and enjoyed live music on Friday night! Room and bathroom were clean and the bed + pillows were comfortable. “From the start, we were treated to a top-notch experience. Cadey checked us in to the hotel in a friendly, professional, and thoughtful manner. Since the hotel is located within Union Station, there are a lot of folks coming and going. While this may have seemed intimidating at first, Cadey clearly explained all of the included perks of staying at the hotel (and there are many), answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home. In fact, all of the reception staff were equally helpful……
