“If you have a Miami student and can get a room at the Elms (no small feat), it’s very convenient location. Clean, safe place to stay. Staff, during my last visit, were very pleasant. My room was clean. Beds comfortable. Well appointed amenities - iron, toiletries, WiFi, etc. Unfortunately my room looked out onto another building. Not a problem since I was visiting my daughter, but the two nights that I was there, a trash collector came by early morning for the other building and that woke me……
