“I lost money at this hotel. I lived on the 3rd floor. I went out to the balcony. They fell into the room and smoked in the room. I didn’t know the other thing. I also deducted my bank card for $266.88. Too bad. Don’t go live.”

“Very poor service,out of date, dirty, worn out towels and linens, this hotel is real motel even though listed at Expedia as a hotel with the breakfast served - actually no coffee in the room or lobby area, only if you ask the front desk three times for it!. Won’t come back for sure - stay away”

“Convenient location. The room was basic but decent. Staff were friendly and promptly attended to my needs. ”

“The bed sheets and quilts were not changed and washed, and the electrical appliances could not be used. I asked to change rooms but they didn't. The attitude of the front desk staff was very bad.”

“There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation……

“Our family group was in town for a funeral and celebration of life. The group (from many different areas more than 6+ hours away from Fairfield) was able to enjoy sitting in the lounge area on the main floor so we could enjoy time together. Thank you for providing such a great, large area for people to gather and catch up. ”
