“The room was not well soundproofed, and the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. There were a few hairs in the quilt, and I didn't know if it was because the previous quilt was not changed. I was so sleepy at the time that I took the hair off the bed and went to sleep directly. As a result, I was woken up by the sound of the door closing next to me after only sleeping for an hour, and I couldn't sleep all night.”

“Overall the stay was good. Checking in took time since their WiFi was very slow in the reception floor. The room was clean. The room we had was darker than in the pictures . WiFi doesn’t work properly if you are sleeping in the corner room queen bed. ”

“Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. ”
