“Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town. I was a little disappointed in how dark the rooms were and we also had issues with our shower drain. But overall this is a five star hotel.”

“はじめてポーランド、クラクフにいきました。四つ星ということで探したのがこのホテルでした。部屋も清潔で、ひろくて、スタッフも親切で、朝食もうまかったです。一点だけ、冷蔵庫がまったく冷えなかったです。故障ですかね？しかし、それ以外は、ほんとうにすばらしいホテルでした。クラクフにまた必ず行くので、そのときも、このホテルに泊まりたいです。そのときもどうぞよろしくお願いします。”

“新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！ 早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富 這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住”

“Julia was amazing! The day before my arrival she contacted me to confirm arrival time. She was very attentive. The location is very central and in a good area with everything no more than 20 minutes away walking. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. ”

“the hotel is located in a historical building which is close to old town, takes about 10 mins to get there. room is nice and clean, though the single roome could be a bit more spacious. breakfast is abundant. overall it was a very pleasant stay. BTW, staff have been really helpful for the tour and bus information!”

“Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. ”

The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request we made was handled promptly, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We even had a small accident where we broke a bottle……
