“Overall nice and quiet location nestled in the hills. Liked having a garage for our vehicle. Need to warn future guests of stairs descending to unit. Believed 1st floor to mean no stairs. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors. Did not appreciate having to strip beds and start laundry of sheets and towels. That’s usually included in cleaning services. Also the late checkin of 4:00pm was……

“Great stay with enough room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The nearness to Disneyland was what attracted us to it of course, and was worth it for that. We learned it may be a little too far for some but close enough for me to drop them off and walk over after.”

It felt like it was our own home, everything we needed was provided with the comfort of our needs, cleanliness, detail-oriented, to pre-made ice, and water for rinsing our feet from the sand. The library of books of good reads, astonishing! Not to mention the appreciation of the family certifications shared in this personal touch. “This location was perfect! Steps from the beach , restaurants and bars. House was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was easy with the property owners. They let us know the house was ready to check in a couple hours early. If you want a beach retreat this place is perfect.”

“Kouroush was an excellent communicator throughout the reservation and stay. Condo clean and quiet. Very close to nice beaches. Would recommend. There are about 12 steps to go down to get to the condo entrance, and the dining table has high top chairs, just in case there are mobility concerns. Only surprise was that the garage was small and our large SUV did not fit in it so we had to work through our host to park where we could find a parking space in the complex and pay an additional $15 a……

“Great location and easy walk to the theme parks. The condo is a little dated with cooking utensils and plates on the low end. With that mentioned, very responsive owners and great location warrants a second look. ”

“The property owner was very nice and made it a very easy check-in process with email communications. Very close to Disneyland all within walking distance, which made it wonderful. The house was stocked with things that we needed. The townhouses were a little ran down, but this property. had some updates inside which made it welcoming. Overall nice stay.”
