“It was nice having a tv in the front room and another in the bedroom so that way my son and I can warch our own thing. The room was nice, clean, spacious. I did wish our particular room had a microwave in it.”

“The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”,……
“Hotel was newly renovated or maybe even new when we stayed. Breakfast included pancake machine, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, oatmeal and a variety of breads.
Room was very spacious. We got a double queen and it also had a desk, Kitchenette and couch”
“They could do better cleaning people rooms like when I stay there they didn't come in my room to clean it so they could have did better job when I left and came to clean my room and some of the staff the cleaning staff they they was like a two star but anything else that the area and the place that I was going is like 20 minutes away I went to the Michael Jackson family house and Gary and with like 20 minutes away and I needed to Walmart that was like 10 minutes away so everything else was okay……
