“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”

“Very nice hotel in a reasonable walking distance from tons of Memphis sites. There is also a lovely local grocer less than a 10-minute walk to the southwest. The user-controlled speaker in the room playing music 24/7 was a very nice touch. I had no issues with other noises during my stay. I was on the 6th floor. I highly recommend. ”

“I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite.”

“Everything was excellent. There's a coffee machine as you walk in which grind and makes coffee. Breakfast was also excellent with eggs potatoes bagels, bread, pancakes fruit and cereal. Staff is friendly and responsive. Room was very clean and plenty of hot water. The only issue we had was Internet access was intermittent so the staff will contact the provider. Great and convenient location 12 min to Graceland. ”

“My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in Memphis. It was an easy walk to Beale Street or a cheap quick Uber. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Memphis.”

“Couldn’t use the safe as it was locked. But other then that a great place to stay. ”

“The hotel overall was good. Not impressed with the on site restaurant. The parking is difficult.Cars are left in the valet area for long periods of time Whick doesn't leave room for dropping off and picking up car. Valet had to park our car down the block in the road so we had to haul our luggage a ways. By the time I came back from returning luggage cart the police were there to say we couldn't park there. ”
