“Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt ”

“Fair pricing...was allocated room 10 which is way up..room was a bit hot...a fan would be appreciated otherwise our stay was up to standards considering the money we also paid. Very clean room”

“On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night”

“Poor maintenance , yard unmaintained , mix of rotten fruits and other trash welcomes guests upon reaching gate . Front gate doesn’t latch and people can just go around the back and enter the property . Unused furnitures and junks piled up inside property from the front door , laundry room piled up with used comforters . Our room drawers still has items from previous occupants , presence of large amount of orangey powder inside drawers , free- standing cabinet not a single hanger , only 1 towel……

“Absolutely unfit for rental. No bulbs in lamps. No towels. Only boiling water in the shower - unable to take a shower. We had to go to lesure centre to be able to shower. Never again.”

“This property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards it’s the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe.”

“Beautiful hotel and grounds with an outside dining facility. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Fay on reception. Good food. Downside no lifts and no fridge or facility to phone reception from bedrooms, otherwise a perfect stay for our requirements and would book again.”
