“品質大致上符合他的價格，以Motel等級來說算是乾淨，有車的話會比較方便一些，算是比較市郊區域。 住宿期間唯一比較差的是無線網路聯外品質不行，網路語音、視訊都不行，一般網頁也常常停擺。櫃檯告知系統有點問題，維修當中。”

“Hard to find parking you need to look around the neighborhood but other than that it’s a good place to stay close distance from everything ”

“Great place, very simple accommodations for restful stay. Comfy bed, pretty quiet, parking - like most of Seattle requires luck and timing. Overall a great deal ☺️”

“A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed”

“Vince was very welcoming from the start, he sent us a guidebook for the property which included ideas of what to pack, what the property provides and places to go around Seattle. The place is very clean, the room smelled very nice and there was fresh towels provided in the bathroom. The common area was shared with other guests who are very polite and respectful of the space. The area around the apartment is quiet and beautiful, only a short walk to the nearest grocery shops, cafes and parks; and……

“This place was fabulous!! It was a short commute (by car) to get to downtown- 15 minutes only. The views were amazing- from the street, which is on a hill, you can see the water. Just amazing! The one minor issue is that no parking space comes with the property, but I was always able to find street parking 1 or 2 blocks away.”
