“Der Strand war sehr schön und angenehm. Sehr Familiär, es war gerade ein gutes Klima-nur Windig aber das gehört dazu. Die Dame Almudena war sehr hilfreich, konnte mir sehr viele Infos geben und war sehr zuvorkommend. Gerne kommen wir wieder:-) Liebe Grüsse ”

“Excellent service and good restaurants aloow guests to stay inside the hotel or nearby if they want to. Good location, sufficiently quiet but with enough shops and bars in the area. My main problem was with the noise from surrounding rooms, which affected sleep and rest, due to insufficient sound insulation, combined with the fact that the hotel caters to family with young children.”

“Comoda per poter visitare le spiagge della parte nord di fuerte. Se optate per la mezza pensione fate attenzione alle bevande. A colazione sono incluse (anche succhi) mentre a cena é compresa solo l’acqua ( altrimenti 3€ a persona per bere anche i drink) , mentre per i bar é tutto a pagamento ( sempre se in mezza pensione). La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche sistemazione (si vede che è un po’ datata). Gli alloggi sono carini (come tutte le strutture pierre vacances che ho visto ) ,……

“Bella struttura, bellissime le parti comuni, migliorabili le stanze (mancano di manutenzione). Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo soggiorno, lo consiglio. ”

“The hotel is quite dated in areas. The seaview room I had was comfortable and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, you can't check-in until 5pm, but the nice man on reception let me put my case in the storage room, told me I could change if I wanted to. As I wasn't leaving until 6pm, I enquired about keeping my room so I could shower/pack etc, but was told that I could keep it just for 2-3 hours. There really was no point, as I planned on relaxing around the pool till 4, then showering etc.……

“The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand? But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast. Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team. The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze”
