“Hotel communication was excellent on booking. Check in time is 4.00pm however you can leave your luggage and use the facilities before this time. We arrived at 11.30am and did the initial reception check in as our room wasn't ready the receptionist took our number to let us know when it would be. We were very pleased that they called us at 1.30pm to say our room was ready. We had a second floor pool view room. It was very spacious, exceptionally clean with great air-conditioning.
