“This VRBO was truly amazing. We had a large group & Vlada’s place was perfect. No one felt crowded, plenty of amenities & the kitchen was perfect for preparing large meals. Vlada was very friendly & she made herself available with quick response to any questions or concerns. ”

“It was a beautiful property at a fair price within the wine country of Temecula. The owners provided a very nice welcome basket of goodies. The only two suggestions I would have would be; 1). Replace the wall clock near the bed as its very loud with its clicking. 2). Provide some detailed information on using the TV and Direct TV service.”

“While I didn't use everything available, there is a setup to make coffee and tea and plenty of glasses, and basic things to warm up food. The bed was comfortable, shower was great. I didn't need much space being for myself, 2 people would be perfectly fine. My only qualm was the barking dog. If it knows anyone is inside, it WILL bark. It wasn't a big issue, but it was annoying a few times.”

“The Buena Creek Refuge is indeed a beautiful refuge. We felt relaxed the moment we popped out of the cars. Nine of us spent 6 nights celebrating our 50th anniversary and visiting the area attractions. It was wonderful to have the Refuge to come home to rather than some hotel. The 2 grandkids loved the pool and climbing to the gazebo almost as much as Legoland. Great kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas and did I mention 5 king beds! Our host was easy to communicate with and I enjoyed all……

“The location is stunning! The home is well kept and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable! It was unfortunate that we happend to be there during a heatwave (daily highs of 105°!) Coming from the desert of Arizona, we are used to having air conditioning but they had plenty of floor and table fans to help move the air around. T”

“I rented the property for my birthday party and the house was awesome! Beautiful sunsets and sunrise views plus all amenities you can ask for!”

“Everything was better or as advertised! As a particular plus, the property managers were extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay at this property again. The only hiccup was that we were unable to heat the pool in time for our use - this was no one's fault though - the property manager tried to heat it but needed the wifi/the wifi was out when he tried to start heating it a day in advance. "You get what you pay for I suppose. The hotel feels very old and dirty. The elevator door is the first indicator of the poorly maintained nature of the hotel. The corridors and rooms smell and the back stairs (the way to get out to the various sides of the hotel) are clearly never vacuumed. There is a (now) chargeable laundry service in the hotel. Boy, what an effort to get that started. They like to make life difficult and I am pleased to report they have excelled in the task. The breakfast area is relatively small given the size of the hotel, but if you like eating the same food every day, then I suppose that's ok too. Having stayed in several brands of suites, I would avoid this one."
