“My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage was so cozy, clean, private, and well-kept, and the surrounding area was gorgeous! No light at the entrance of this property very difficult to enter to drive way , when returning home at night specially for guest who are familiar to area to locate property drive way on a two way road with absolutely no shoulder to pull over & search . The windows look out onto the expansive professionally landscaped gardens with water features, painting projects, tables & chairs with umbrellas, 2 decks, a balcony, & it’s fully fenced in for pets. “This little cottage was very nice, clean and cozy. The decor was festive and we appreciated the beautiful Christmas tree. Four sisters were comfortable, felt safe and location was close to wine country, downtown Temecula, restaurants and stores. The backyard was very nice with plenty of places to sit or lounge. “Moonrise Cottage is a perfect place to escape every day stress and chaos. The remote location is very quiet and worth the effort. Cottage itself has a an eclectic decorating style. It’s got everything you need. Heidi is a wonderful host. I had lots of questions about directions etc. to get there and she was very prompt in answering and very clear on how to get there. “My kids had a blast here. Theyre 6 and 8. We came to go to the beach and the Safari Park. Both are within about 20-30 min drive which was perfect for us. The kids loved playing outside in the yard, exploring the avocado grove and the swing. They kept calling it "the top of the world" because you're at the highest point. They enjoyed the fire pit as well. We would definitely come back here. ”
