“Shilda, our host was a truly lovely lady. From our first day to our last she was there to answer questions, give great advice, and take care of any of our needs. The rental looked even better in person than it did in the listing pictures. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants and the post office and bank. It was about a 15 ride to get to downtown Carlsbad where we went every day for some wonderful oceanfront walks. ,”

“This property was well maintained and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the BBQ grills were a great feature that we used 3 nights. Holly was quick to respond when we had any questions. We will definitely stay at Welk’s resort again in the future.”
