“When we arrived, we were told that the appliances were not working properly. In fact, only one mini-oven was working out of the four that were advertised. This was a 16 person Christmas family reunion. And we learn that we are unable to cook with proper ovens. We had to use the barbeque to cook our meals. Unacceptable. The property managers were unwilling to make any refund or concessions about the absolute inconvenience, and in fact tried to charge us extra for using the natural gas. ……

It was rainy and cool the first few days of vacation so other outdoor activities were postponed but with the pool heated, we spent many hours enjoying it with the kids. “Enjoyed having our own space with a private entrance. The keyless entrance was a little touchy and gave us issues. The area was clean and worked perfectly for us. The futon couch was not that comfortable and we ended up having to watch the iPad on the bed. The area was great and the walking track was a plus. The amenities were also great. My only suggestion would be up upgrade to a more comfortable couch. Other than that the place was great. ”
