“We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.”

“The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. ”

“Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor……

“The hotel staff were very helpful as I arrived around 2:30 am. The room was great, and the bed was comfortable. I was happy to see a tea kettle. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I had my laundry done, which was reasonable. The only downside was a very noisy wall ac in Room 12. It would randomly make knocking noises, enough to wake me out of a sound sleep. It needs to be fixed. Also, I was charged for my room at check out even though I had already paid on Hotels.com. It took great effort to……
