Only disappointments were that the upstairs area wasn’t available and there weren’t any of the nice homemade choc cookies on offer in the communal tea making area both of which we enjoyed on our previous stay.”

“Lovely historic property in lively town. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Hotel staff were cheerful and helpful. Facility was not as up to date as some. We still received a physical room key - which was a fun change. The bar downstairs has live music and so was a little loud, and there were people in the hallway late at night making noise. So if you are looking for a place that is very quiet, this would not be your place.”

“The hosts were so kind. I really enjoyed my stay in this cute guest house! Really delicious breakfast! With it being an older building, the walls are thin and it can be a little noisy in the morning, but otherwise it was a great stay in a wonderful location!”
