“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The room was spacious, clean and included basic amenities such as wardrobe, kettle, tea, cutlery, extra blankets and pillows. Clean bedding, towels and toiletries were provided as per request. We also had chairs and tables in the room. Our stay included breakfast and we would have a healthy breakfast every morning. The building has a lift as well.
