“Overall a pleasant enough place to stay, but not outstanding. Proximity of our bedroom door to the pub’s toilets, with urinals in full view, was a little off putting, though no issue with noise. For our 3-day stay there was not sufficient clothes hanging space or drawers, the wardrobe being a small half height space shared with the kettle & coffee machine. We had to live out of our suitcase. Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding given the B&B rate.”

“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by. It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……

“Lismoyne Hotel is not a 5 star hotel but it is in a class of its own. Situated in a quiet, serene and neat environment, the hotel gives a very good attraction to lodgers. The waiters and waitresses that attended to us during our two nights stay were humble, approachable and dutiful and the food was delicious. The problem with this hotel that may not allow us patronise it next time are the radiators in the 4 double rooms booked by my group. Turned to the highest level, they were so lukewarm that……
