“We had plenty of room for our whole family to be comfortable and still have their own space. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The host was so kind and helpful and great at communicating! Definitely recommend!”

“Perfect spot on the Comal River! Easy access to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. The condo was clean and had all the basic necessities. We enjoyed meeting other families and couples at the pool and most said they had been coming back here for years. The onsite bbq pits and picnic tables were a nice bonus. ”

“Clean and cozy place for our family of 4! Our son graduated from BMT and we wanted a place he could come back and relax and watch TV. It was perfect! Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to sleep without hear a ton of traffic or outside noises. Probably could use a few more dishes, but we made due with what we had. The book on the counter says the dishwasher is out of commission so I hand washed the dishes. But the dishwasher looks brand new so we were not sure if the book just hasn’t been……

“Loved this place! The river front access was great, small house but perfect for 2 couples. The little ponderosa river outfitters was walking distance from the house, they take you up river and you just float to your house! Defiantly would stay here again ”

“This property was the best part of our trip. We had a large group that consisted of 13 adults. The house was the perfect size for our large group! We rented the cottage as well and we enjoyed the beautiful back yard! This house is definitely the perfect place for a large group of people! We definitely recommend this place to any large group! 10/10!!!”
