“I found the property to be very clean and well maintained. Quiet; away from the noise of the main village. However, we found there were way too many codes for way too many doors. Also; check in instructions very unclear. They also force you to put your gear in storage and do not give you a tag number, don’t have cameras and have a sign saying they take no liability. The front desk also wouldn’t assist us with matters as we weren’t one of the rooms they managed, which was an irritant. As long……

“酒店位置好，離滑雪車只需 8分鐘步行；房間大，而房間設施非常齊備，自己煮食無難度；酒店有熱水池，對玩到疲倦的客人，是一個貼心的設施；最後必耍提的一點，就是有位要表揚的男員工 Rhys，他主動對客人有善的協助，當我們最後一天，在早上10時已經退房後，他不但讓我們的行李安心保管在酒店內，他還給我們優待，讓我們在完成滑雪後，已是下午 4時多，還可使用酒店內的設施。這酒店貼心的安排及員工積極的協助，是給客人的一份禮遇和滿足 ! 我推薦這是一好服務的酒店。”
