“Nice & quiet area. Grounds were pretty, plenty of parking. Kitchen could use a skillet or two. Additional paper towel rolls would be helpful. Fairly clean, needs new carpet in the bedroom and bathroom needs painted and deep cleaned. ”

“This unit was clean, convenient to the elevator, quiet and had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway. We liked that the entire complex was tucked away but right off the main drag. The balcony for this unit was on the quiet woods side. I would definitely recommend it. ”

“Overall it was a nice trip and a decent place to stay. Keeping me from rating it excellent: no TV, owner control of heat/AC, thin walls/ceiling and offsite laundry. Otherwise a great location … 10-60-minute drive to explore the areas we were wanting to- Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg & Knoxville. If I had realized no TV in the rental, we could have brought a tablet so we could watch a movie together after hiking and adventuring all day as we did have……

“The title says it all. The place was nice and cozy. The view from the balcony was great. This place was perfect for what we needed and it was our first time that high up the mountain. We go to Gatlinburg quite frequently and this was one of the nicer places we’ve stayed at over the years. ”
