“Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again ”

“Brilliant staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Plumbing, namely water draining away shower/sink, was a little slow, which could cause the shower tray to flood into the bathroom. More an issue in the morning, possibly due to system capacity. Wedding party was a little noisy on one night, but to be expected.”

“Nice room with desk, table and chairs. Ajoining room with twin beds. Nice quiet remote area. You need a car to get around. Hazel the owner is a lovely lady and very helpful.”

“Lovely Victorian/Edwardian hotel. We had a very spacious sunlight filled room on the third floor (no lift). Shower open ended without door or curtain 😕 and water ended up all over the bathroom… Breakfast was full English cooked to order with array of fruits and cold options. Would stay again.”

“Myself and partner just had the one night away, great set up, accommodation was excellent, quaint and very clean and comfortable. Nigel(the host) was a pleasure to meet and nothing was an issue for him should there of been one. If anyone is thinking of booking here, you won’t be disappointed. ”

“Lovely old property.be aware if your not good on stairs ask for a lower down room.bed was lovely .staff were very nice .unfortunatley the room was so hot there were sky windows but it was raining and they were over the tv so couldnt have them open the next morning the lady said we should have had a fan in the room but we didnt so we didnt get much sleep because of the heat ”

“The check-in was located in the pub adjacent to the hotel. All meals were taken in the pub. The amenities surrounding the hotel were very sparse (the aforementioned pub, and a garage (which had a decent shop within it). There were new amenities being built adjacent to the hotel, which will give greater options on future visits. For a business trip, I found the facilities to be excellent.”

“It was very hot in the room. There was no air conditioning and the provided fan was too noisy to sleep with.”

“Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the pub was perfect after a decent drive and the choice of beers were great. Room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was made for my early check out. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area”
