“由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。”

“Element is the perfect hotel to stay at if you are going to Vibrant Arena - just a very short walk to get there! We had plenty of room, the bed was comfy, and having a kitchen in the room was very nice!”

“The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. The complimentary breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The only snag was we were given the wrong room upon check in and it was someone else’s room with only a king bed. We needed two queens for 5 people. The desk clerk was able to correct the error and give us the right room before the other person entered the room. Was a close call. ”

“The front desk person Liz was awesome and accommodating. I was leaving really early in the morning, she had me wait a couple of minutes and brought out the coffee.”

“Manager was extremely nice and allowed us to check in early. We had been awake for 48+ hours after plane cancellation and he agreed to let us come and crash. It was nice to be a key to eat before we left. Clean. Had microwave which was nice. Options to be able to buy snacks. Had an area for hanging clothes. Nice linen and no stains! Only thing it lacked was counter space. ”
