“Pretty cool experience. Interior was amazing. Location is perfect for any game at Mercedes Benz stadium and World Congress Center. The only dislike I had was waiting in the long line for valet to bring my car around at checkout. ”

“We loved everything and everyone. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We weill definitely be back. I loved the inviting music once we entered our room. We we felt so safe and like a part of your family. Keep doing what you do. I cant say enough on how lovely the staff was and how clean the hotel was. “Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……

“When I checked in, the guy was distracted doing other things. Didn’t explain parking process or cost. Barely spoke with me. Wasn’t welcoming. The guy at the desk the next day was apologetic and very helpful and kind. Room was very clean. ”
