“I was staying at this property for a business trip. The location was nice and quiet. I did have some trouble finding which property it was on the street as there was no visible house number. I wasn’t sure if I could park in the driveway as it would block the garage. I was given permission, but there is also parking on the street. “Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“This home was perfect for our family gathering. We were in the area for a Family event. We needed 5 bedrooms and this home was nice and spacious. We loved the kitchen! We all felt at home. We could have used a larger dining room table and more chairs, but we used the kitchen island which definitely helped with the extra seating. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Great location and it was a quiet street. ”

“Appearance of space looked ok with the exception of those first floor floors. The bathroom in the basement flooded three times. Then we found roaches and ants. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. “Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference.
