“We stayed in the 2 queen/ twin sofa bed suites. Most everything was very nice and clean. The pool area is large and well maintained. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. We had no major issues. One inconvenience was the twin sofa bed. It was poor quality and it squeaked all night long with any movement at all. The lack of sleep experienced because of that bed, is unfortunate. The linens for the sofa bed were also not provided in each room and the blankets given were scratchy and……

“The front desk staff graciously fixed a check in mistake that was completely my fault. They were beyond professional. They were just really nice people. The breakfast attendant was an absolute gem. She was friendly, funny, and efficient. She single-handedly kept the whole thing neat and moving along while checking in with each guest. ”

“Work done on ceiling beside elevator made first floor somewhat unsightly. The confusing breakfast plan was annoying to deal with…do I get $10 off? Or is it free? I bought two and only got one…weird. Free breakfast or not?? ”
