“Had a fantastic weekend here. We love Oscoda and this is a beautiful spot right on Lake Huron. The manager Chad was very helpful and a super nice guy. Keep in mind before booking this place doesn’t have certain amenities like towels, soap or shampoo and garbage bags. It does have appliances, silverware, dishware, and an outdoor grill. They’re in the process of updating it so right now so many things are pretty rough around the edges, especially the interior of the cabins. We wouldn’t hesitate to……

“Ended up being a great stay! Was concerned on arrival. Our lodging (Garden view) was behind another building and the lake view was mostly blocked (I wasn't aware of this at time of booking). I asked the property manager if we could move to the beachfront and they made it happen. Make sure you head down to Sunrise Kava Cafe and get some great coffee!”

“We loved our stay! The location was perfect if you want to be downtown. There were many amenities that a lot of VRBOs don't include. The coffee bar was a huge feature for us, as was the large dining table we could all gather around. My checklist included a fireplace and a loft. My kids love traveling with a loft. “Our family throughly enjoyed, the laid back peaceful atmosphere the cottage gave. Every morning we we're able to see right from the back door the beautiful sunrise. 90% of our time was spent just sitting down by the water. Perfect little get away, before our son starts college and our daughter goes back to school. Definitely would love to rent it again in tje fut.”

“We had a great time at our stay on Hubbard Lake. The owner lives right across the street so he is there if you need anything but never once made us feel as if we were being watched. I have stayed elsewhere where we felt as if the owner watched us the entire stay. This was not the case here! We had a great time. If I had to be picky and complain about something I would say it can get a little warm in the cabins with no ac but it was over 90 our entire stay. Also, the parking is very limited.”
