“We very much enjoyed our long weekend here. The kitchen items were somewhat limited, but we managed to cook a lovely breakfast while there and enjoyed several meals at the house. It was a warm and welcoming environment, and we’d gladly stay again. Street parking was somewhat of a challenge when we arrived late at night, but it all worked out.”

“The home was very nice and clean. We did not have any problems. The slow water run down in sink in bathroom is because of the drainage catcher. This helps with things falling in the sink. We removed it when it became to slow. BBut that ”

“Stayed for two nights with a few college friends. We’re able to find street parking pretty easily but the parking is full all up and down. Apartment is on third floor, so need to be able to carry luggage up and down. Space was clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the dining and living room. Beds were huge and so comfy! Just be careful taking garbage out the back stairs, as steps were slippery from rain. ”

“This is a fantastic budget find. The property is 12 minutes from downtown and it’s close to a Lyft bike rack for easy mobility around the neighborhood ( or further if that’s your thing). However, it was a little musty. It smells like water damage or something along those lines. The property itself is clean so I’m fairly certain it’s not a hygiene problem. Maybe an air purifier would help with this. The second bedroom is also quite small. It has a twin bed (think college dorm but smaller). If……

“I came for work and wanted to be able to walk to the Mitchell Hospital. It was a perfect fit! Owner had great communication and instructions. Plenty of space for a large family, even though it was just me this time. Thanks again!”
