“设备老旧，跟前台说了也没人修理。门锁扣坏的，浴缸不给塞子，酒店不打招呼，不给打扫。前台态度差。比Expedia预定，多住了1天，没给发票。后来通过Wxpedia联系补要发票。 打了3次电话，通话时间合计大约50多分钟，居然没解决。酒店居然不承认我多住的1天。 顺便吐槽下Expedia这帮售后接线员，为何不能理解我的意思？为何这么点小事情，打了3通电话，每次的记录内容五花八门。你们的汉语要努力学习啊。”

“The place wasn't bad and the area itself was close to quite a few places to shop. The only main thing I didn't like was the very strong cigarette odor in the room. Even though there were signs outside the door that said no smoking, there were ash trays in the room which I feel like is a horrible idea.”

“The hotel was fabulous newly built property. It is in a nice area. The customer service was amazing!!! The only problem I have is I requested housekeeping 2 days after being there from Thurs-Tuesday and they didn’t clean the room but 1 time. Other than that I recommend the hotel and staff 10-10!!! ”

“Hot tub was not working properly. The Jets were extremely poor no bubbles. The water was warm and it was clean, but I hope they fix the pumps for the hot tub. I plan to be a return customer! ”

“The facilities are not bad, gas station near by. The sound insulation is not good. Wifi connections are sometimes interrupted.”

“The staff were very nice. The woman who does the breakfast is truly a gem, I would come back and also refer people there. It would’ve been a 5-star but the shower water wasn’t hot at all, but maybe that was my room ”

“住宿条件和星级相符，位置不是很好，从酒店驱车去市中心很堵，单程开了1个多小时，不知道是不是因为这个城市有会议的原因。介意住黑人区的不要预订此酒店，据说是在黑人区，不过又待考证”
