“If you looking for basic accommodations in an BnB in Chicago, this rental is definitely both. Apartment 2R is cute on the surface. A kitchen, sm. appliances, two bedrooms with LOTS of beds, a decently sized living room, good fridge, safe sleepy neighborhood. SPECIAL NOTE: DO NOT PARK on Archer overnight . YOU WILL BE TOWED. “We very much enjoyed our long weekend here. The kitchen items were somewhat limited, but we managed to cook a lovely breakfast while there and enjoyed several meals at the house. It was a warm and welcoming environment, and we’d gladly stay again. Street parking was somewhat of a challenge when we arrived late at night, but it all worked out.”

“Stayed for two nights with a few college friends. We’re able to find street parking pretty easily but the parking is full all up and down. Apartment is on third floor, so need to be able to carry luggage up and down. Space was clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the dining and living room. Beds were huge and so comfy! Just be careful taking garbage out the back stairs, as steps were slippery from rain. ”

“This is a fantastic budget find. The property is 12 minutes from downtown and it’s close to a Lyft bike rack for easy mobility around the neighborhood ( or further if that’s your thing). However, it was a little musty. It smells like water damage or something along those lines. The property itself is clean so I’m fairly certain it’s not a hygiene problem. “This was perfect for our needs! Convenient for the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum, and less than 15 mins to the River. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the Italian Gio’s restaurant within 500 feet as well as an amazinice cream shop also within 500 feet. We had everything we needed at this rental. Amazing Chinese dining delivery! Did notice the top step needed a little fixing but nothing that was a problem. Plenty of towels, hot water, comfortable beds. Excellent. ”
