“Dwayne communication to us was excellent. We also arrived early he let me in. The house is very beautiful, we feel so at home. I hope I was able to take pictures of the house but we got so busy studying. All the condiments for cooking is there you don’t have to worry about it. The house is really clean and smells good. He has real plants and that was so cute and really homey for us. The downside is the stairs, just narrow it might be hard to some people who has disabilities but it has a handrail……

“This charming apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. It is a very short walk to the Green CTA train station. It was a quick 25-30 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. The CTA ticket was 5 dollars a day and lets you ride all the trains and buses. There is a wonderful breakfast spot across from the train station. It is a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Moe was very quick to answer any questions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. ”

The soundproofing could be improved, as traffic noise and the AC unit sometimes disturbed our sleep. Check-in was a bit challenging since we arrived later than planned and had to wait about 20 minutes for a response by email, but once resolved, everything went smoothly. “The location was fantastic. We were just a couple blocks from the Green and Pink line on Clinton. There was a code to get into the building so it felt safe. The code to the door was great because there was no key to worry about since I had to work and my hubby was in and out of the apartment all day.
