“Fun getaway house for our family w trenagers”

“This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for friends and family. The master bedroom and bath downstairs are spacious and gorgeous, and the upstairs bedrooms were very nice as well. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Excellent check in experience on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. I’d definitely recommend this house to anyone!”

“This property was perfect for our large family of 28. A few people were not able to make it in the end, but it would have accommodated all of us with ease. We had a wonderful time exploring Hot Springs and enjoyed kayaking every afternoon or evening when we returned to the home. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the bunk rooms as there was room for all grandchildren with a girl’s room and a boy’s room. This left parents to enjoy their own rooms. We stayed in the……

“This property is a jewel - we had the best family weekend enjoying the home and the lakeside dock! Paddle boating and s'mores (the host graciously provided s'mores makings for us at check in!) it was a fantastic time. Khaki was extremely communicative and gracious when our plans changed and we needed an earlier check in. An absolutely wonderful and memorable time was had by all! ”

“The positives of this amazing home are too many to list. This lakeside property is in such a convenient location. Close to dining and retail and to downtown Hot Springs, AR, which is delightful. The home was clean and ready for us with comfortable beds and lots of towels, The lakeside gazebo/entertainment rea was a big hit as we watched the NBA Finals, The Stanley Cup Final, The College WS and F1. “My husband and I and our two grown sons and their spouse and girlfriend enjoyed this property. Great open floor plan, three bedrooms, nice kitchen three bathrooms, which was really nice. Very nice dock and access to the lake. We worked directly with the owner of the property and she was very responsive and very nice. She gave us some great ideas of where to eat out as well. I would definitely book this property in the future. The great location of the lake but then the short drive to all things……

“It was the perfect place for me and my family of 12 . Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which is not common when renting . The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids . We will definitely be back ! ”

“Great house for our family reunion stay. We had 6 adults and our dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone. The deck was great, even though it was hot outside we did use the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. We did have use of the boat which was the hi-lite of the trip. We used it for water skiing and to get to a restaurant for dinner. Nice area and neighborhood. ”
