“We enjoyed our stay here; one thing to mention to the management, the tub in our room was very slick when wet along with soap and shampoo. Could be a fall hazard. Comfortable bed, nice lobby area, close to restaurants and hot springs. Very nice hotel; we’d stay here again!”

“The only thing was the extra fee for parking. I asked what the fee covers and asked if it was for security reasons the front desk person didn’t know. The next more one of the guest was burglarized and was trying to wait for the police to arrive. So I wasn’t happy for paying extra for parking ”

“The bed and room are clean and tidy, except that the shower water in the bathroom is relatively small.Everything else is good.”

“We were able to check in early the day we arrived and leave the car late the day we left. The hotel is less than a mile from the hot springs, a short walk to the downtown bridge, and even a shorter walk to the adventure park gondola.”

“We actually didn’t stay here this time. We cancelled our stay but donated our rooms to those being evacuated. The staff was very helpful in helping get those rooms to someone who needed them. However, we have stayed there before and the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.”
