“The main level with kitchen and two bedrooms was just a couple small steps at door thresholds above sidewalk grade, which made it easy for the grandparents to get around. Plenty of open space to socialize and many fun activities just like the photos. We had two cars. Free street parking as available. Usually was able to park directly at the entrance, but never more than 1/2 block away. Attached photo is view of parking from kitchen window. ”

“I was a little hesitant to book this property because of some of the reviews I saw but I honestly didn't have any issues. Once I booked, I started receiving communication from the property manager, I paid my fee and got my instructions all smooth. The place was clean, had everything I needed for my stay and there were several options for food nearby. ”

“2 adults in 40s and 50s needed a clean space while we dropped our son off at his first real job in a new city. Drove up from Charlotte and had some issues with check in and VRBO not giving us the right code. Had to contact the owner who was extremely responsive and solved our issue immediately. The place coupd also do with some deep cleaning. Mold in the bathroom shower and really low water pressure and clogged drains. No soap anywhere so be aware of that for hands and dishes. Other than that it……

“Cool stay in a cute suburb type neighborhood, local shopping is nearby. Didn’t realize it was so far from the city but that’s ok. Nice and private, spacious apartment style. Only suggestion would be a better shower head. Overall a great stay!”

“This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.”

“The space was perfect for our short, three night stay. Comfortable, quiet, and enough space for three. Having a garaged parking space was essential. It was fairly quick and easy to drive to downtown from the location. The hosts were responsive and helpful in providing instructions for check-in.”
