“We were really looking forward to staying at Green Villa but upon arrival they said there was a problem with the room and they were completely booked so had to book us in a hotel next door. The place next door was dirty and only half as nice. I went back when I saw they had availability the next 3 nights and they were able to put us in a ground floor room (I paid for a balcony) but it was still nice. They wouldn't have put us in there had I not demanded it though. Overall the place is really……

“Super friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a sincere smile:) Delicious and varied breakfast deserves 5stars. “Staff/owners are lovely and so helpful. Parked our tuktuk at the bottom of the short path (2mins to the hotel from tuktuk) Wifi great. We upgraded during our stay as we was originally in a double room with no AC. It was far too small and hot. So we then paid to move upstairs. The room had AC and was bigger for our cases. Area is fine. Food and beach nerby. ”

“Really friendly guest house! Everything you need for a budget holiday. We had a great time there , AC and fan in the sleeping room and great breakfast. 2 or 3 minutes walking to Mirissa beach . Nice cooking lesson and lots of smiles everyday. ”

“We returned for our 4 day Mirissa trip and stayed at Central Beach. The hospitality, atmosphere and comfort was wonderful during our last stay and once again, met our expectations. The restaurant has really good food, variety, fresh seafood, and kind, helpful staff. This hotel has a beautiful beachside location, is a walkable distance to stores, restaurants, a doctor and gift shops. We are definitely going to be repeat visitors. ”
