“I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged.”

“This hotel was beautiful and the location was stunning. A quick walk to the beach, very quiet area. The turndown service was so nice to come back to after a day/night out. Fresh cookies in room every night. The shuttle service into town was something my boyfriend and I took advantage of, given our drive to Carmel was 6-7hrs, last thing we wanted to do was drive everywhere. We were definitely happy about this amenity. The fresh water and sparkling water in room was also very convenient. It might……

“I stayed in anamaizngqueen room with a beautiful bath tub. I read reviews about this hotel being loud, but I was not prepared to be woken up at 5:30 with constant noise from the stairs and doors opening and closing. I was on the ground/countyard ... maybe a higher room would be quieter. Also, no AC. I also had to wait about 10 minutes to be served by the bartender for a glass of wine - after seeking out someone to help me. All that being said, I would stay again. ”
