“Dirty, bed was hard as a rock and squeaky, just felt like it had not been cleaned at all”

“The corridor on the fourth floor smells very bad.”

“The room was spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Only minor issue was that I requested for housekeeping service before we left (since we were due for it, it was our second night) in the morning, came back in the afternoon and the room was not cleaned. Called front desk to schedule for later time but was told there wasn’t gonna be a housekeeping service available later in the afternoon. You can see there is a lack of communication between front desk and housekeeping, since the front desk……

“I felt welcomed. I am not used to it because of the way I look and they looked at me and treated me like a regular human being. Thank you so very much for that. I always make sure I make a big deal when other human beings are treating each other in a good way. The right way. Thank you again all 3 front desk ladies and even the guy that brought me my extra pillows I requested. Good shift. ”

“Hotel was awesome! Wonderful casual but lux vibe. Free Wine & Coffee in morning & afternoon was a wonderful touch. Amazing location walkable to everything and room was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back! ”

“We stay every summer at this location. Love the convenience of the bridge to the beach. Umbrella/chair set up at the beach also great. The Sunset Market is the only place on the property that is below par. Not enough employees working in morning rush for coffee and pastries. Jasmin is very rude to customers and looks like she couldn’t care less about her job there. ”
