“Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Der Checkin und checkout lief reibungslos. Wir wurden mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Wir waren total platt, mit welcher Freundlichkeit wir empfangen wurden. Über WhatsApp war unsere Vermieterin bei allen Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, um die Nähere Umgebung wie Genua, Portofino u.s.w. zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ”

“We had a wonderful time in Recco. The very well-kept house is located on a hill in the hinterland of Recco in a nicely landscaped property with a view of the sea. The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished - the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The large terrace in front of the house, equipped with an awning, invites you to linger. All in all a very nice house.The only drawbacks are the somewhat unusual access road and the noise level from the nearby highway. The communication……

“Magnifique ”

“Most beautiful location. What a place. Family stay across 3 generations, and something for everyone. All rooms spacious. Great communications and very welcoming hosts. Only thing for me personally that could be improved is the bed in the master room. I would bring everything else home with me if I could!”

“Très bel appartement en front de mer, accès à la mer par des escaliers qui descendent en bordure de mer. On doit descendre une série d'escalier pour accéder au bord de mer mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine puisque l'eau est magnifique et claire. En fin juin la température de l'eau était parfaite et nous avons pu faire du snorkeling à tous les jours pour apprécier la faune marine. Plusieurs espèces de poissons, magnifique ! L'appartement est bien meublé, l'air climatisé est très apprécié et les……

“Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben……

“Sejour formidable, la maison est superbe, bien placée et la region sublime! Et que dire d’Arleen!! Des vacances parfaites! ”

“The house is large and well furnished. We were 6 people and had everything we needed in the house. We especially enjoyed the garden, small pool and outside table and barbecue. The ciccadas do make a lot of noise during the day in the hot summer months, but you can enjoy noise-free 'breaks' inside the house where you can e.g. take a siesta in one of the cool bedrooms. From the house it's a 10 min walk to the beach, where you can swim, lie on the beach or have great coffee or food. The location is……

“The property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Very peaceful and tou can hear the church bells every hour. We walked 45 minutes down the mountain to the town of Zoagli on the trail next to the property. Very intense but worth it. This property does have 50 stairs to get access to so prepare accordingly. Would stay here again without question.”

“As others have said you can hear motorway noise but this really didn't bother us. Location is not quite as described as it's not in the centre of cavi but up a steep winding hill so takes around 20 minutes to walk to nearest restaurant. However being up the hill means you have three most amazing views so totally worth it.”
