“We would give villa Ucelli 100/10. It was the most beautiful location!! The owner Franco was delightful, and the property manager Nikola was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to Paraggi beach, Portofino, and Santa Margherita. The public bus is located just down the hill for easy riding to Santa Margherita & Portofino. Amazing location. restaurants, people, beaches - absolutely loved it!! ”

“This was the best weekend of our lives! Mereta Castle is pure magic — the kind of emotions you simply won’t experience in any other place. We were deeply impressed by the warmth and care from the host and his manager. The house is incredibly beautiful, full of family history going back generations. “Meine Familie und ich können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Einfach und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit sehr viel Platz und wunderschönem Ausblick aus Fenstern und der Terrasse. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen, immer wieder gerne.”

“Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben……

“We had a wonderful time in Recco. The very well-kept house is located on a hill in the hinterland of Recco in a nicely landscaped property with a view of the sea. The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished - the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The large terrace in front of the house, equipped with an awning, invites you to linger. All in all a very nice house.The only drawbacks are the somewhat unusual access road and the noise level from the nearby highway. The communication……

“This property was dreamy. Arlene, our host greeted us with welcome arms. She was just lovely. The house was immaculate, view was stunning. We spent most of our time on the veranda sharing meals and playing games. When we got warm, we enjoyed the outdoor shower! We stayed 6 days but could have stayed longer. I give this property and experience a 10 out of 10. ”

“Très bel appartement en front de mer, accès à la mer par des escaliers qui descendent en bordure de mer. On doit descendre une série d'escalier pour accéder au bord de mer mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine puisque l'eau est magnifique et claire. En fin juin la température de l'eau était parfaite et nous avons pu faire du snorkeling à tous les jours pour apprécier la faune marine. Plusieurs espèces de poissons, magnifique ! L'appartement est bien meublé, l'air climatisé est très apprécié et les……

“We had a tremendous time in the house. It was spacious, the garden was very enjoyable. The kids loved the jacuzzi. We stayed outside for hours watching the see and the sky, reading books and having dinner together. We also had the opportunity to bake pizza in the oven. It was the first time for us. Flaminia was very helpful and gave us few tips ”

“This house was the best equipped for a long stay and the outside gardens are just so beautiful. The house was somewhat humid but I think it was due to the opening season early in May. We had a problem with hot water which was quickly resolved ”

“The property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Very peaceful and tou can hear the church bells every hour. We walked 45 minutes down the mountain to the town of Zoagli on the trail next to the property. Very intense but worth it. This property does have 50 stairs to get access to so prepare accordingly. Would stay here again without question.”
