“Checkin was fine, receptionist made sure we'd keyed in our car reg to their parking iPad to avoid a penalty charge. Room 20 was a good size, recently renovated, a bit similar to a Premier - so it's pretty good. The only small niggle was the shower didn't have much pressure, but still a 5 star stay. Bar next door is friendly and inexpensive, breakfast was really good. All in all great value for money. ”

“Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. I just feel that it was newly opened and everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great, but unfortunately, we were not get notified of the opening times of the restaurant, so we miss one of the breakfasts due to early departure for the train (there was a strike on that day). Apart from that, I will definitely reconsider this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again.”

“The receptionists and other workers were very welcoming and professional and helpful and accomodating.I dont like the rule of the hotel about you cant bring outside food(cooked) like pizza and food in box etc., into your room.That is the worse rule you can have at a hotel without a proper explanation that makes sense.Was told guests complain about the smell.That cant be.Because if a restaurant is on property,how does that explanation make sense.If one is worried about rats and cockroaches……

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to several bus stops and many food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The only small things that could be improved are the storage space in the room (there’s no wardrobe, just a clothes rack) and the cleaning, as used cups were not removed during my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it! ”

“大致上乾淨，服務也有禮。（沒有特別超級有禮。）但是洗頭水及沖涼液是環保樽裝，卻沒有補充，只有很少。最後用了自己帶來的。步行至Haymarket火車站近，大約5分鐘。可是 Haymarket附近沒有景點，要行去市中心需要15分鐘。這一區很多酒店，無論住那個酒店也是需要行15分鐘回到市中心景點。”
